Kashif Ahmed Soomro

He is an accomplished business leader with 23 years of experience spearheading large-scale projects, Mergers & Acquisitions, privatisation, supply chain, industrial relations, and mass hiring & training across sectors including mining, fertiliser, energy, and FMCG. A business graduate, he has held senior leadership positions with Engro, SECMC, Fatima Group, and Fauji Fertilizers. He specialises in creating high-performance teams from top to bottom for complex projects where suitable talent is not readily available in the local market. He currently serves as Chairman of Viking Ultra Private Limited, leading the company’s strategic vision and expansion in the mining sector.

Salman Goheer

He is a senior business and supply chain leader with 25 years of experience driving operational excellence, large-scale transformation, and end-to-end value chain optimisation across Pakistan’s leading FMCG, fertiliser, and pharmaceutical companies. A Chemical Engineering graduate, he has extensive expertise in logistics, planning, manufacturing, projects, warehousing, and technology integration, including ERP and digital platforms. Salman has held senior leadership roles at Unilever, Engro Foods, Fauji Fresh n Freeze, Engro Fertilizers, and Getz Pharma. He currently serves as Managing Director of Viking Ultra Private Limited, with a strong focus on unlocking the true potential of Pakistan’s mining sector.
